What needs to be done to fix this crap?

It's obvious that several players, not all, have given up on the guy next to them and the coaches. Get them out of the game now! We have plenty of younger players that would be happy to get a chance to prove themselves. What's the downside?

Wouldn't it be great if Callahan would tell it like it is, rather than being poltically correct with his statments! I would love to hear Callahan come out and say "changes will be made to correct the lack of effort (and there is plenty), we are going to start playing only those players that want to be on the field.
